Who are we looking for? 

Do you like organizing time and resources to achieve a smooth delivery process? Are you not afraid to take responsibility for your projects? Would you enjoy taking care of your team and leading them through the whole process? Do you feel comfortable making informed decisions, communicating and explaining potential issues with the client? If you answered yes to most of these questions, then this position is made for you!

What are we expecting from you?

  • Problem solving. You are going to be facing obstacles and impediments on a daily basis. It is important that you are able to proactively face them and resolve them.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A big part of your job will be communicating issues or feedback to the client and moderating meetings. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can be diplomatic and can express themselves well.

  • You will be responsible for your projects and it's up to you to make sure that everything goes the right direction. 

  • As it is expected of you to handle multiple projects at once, you need to be organised. It is your job to make sure that all the information about your projects is well documented (for instance team availability, meeting wrap-ups or the state of your project Board).

  • Critical thinking, attention to detail. As a Scrum Master/Project Manager, you should continually look for improvements both in others and yourself. 

  • We are looking for people who can be flexible. When it comes to project management, the workload is not consistent and you need to be able to adapt to your projects’ needs.

  • If you see room for improvement, you shouldn’t be afraid to take the initiative and start a discussion about this topic. 

What experience will be a bonus? 

  • Knowledge of Scrum: Knowledge of the agile manifesto - the team structure, ceremonies, estimation flow, understanding the additional value of scrum and other.

  • Being professional: Keeping personal matters separate.

  • Fluency in both the Czech/Slovak and the English language (at least B2).

What is our way of working?

  • We develop software of different scopes (from widgets to whole corporate systems) for diverse fields (you can check our references). Once it can be an e-commerce project with emphasis on SEO, next time a “classic” information system with major focus on performance and security.

  • Usually, we operate in smaller development teams (3-7 people) on more different projects.

  • In terms of project management, for the majority of our projects we’re using agile (Scrum). You can read more about our way of working in our article.

  • While you still need to be able to attend your scheduled meetings, the rest of your working hours are flexible.

  • No bodyshop. We provide our customers with complete teams, so that no one is left alone on a project.

  • We write quality and sustainable code. Code reviews aren’t just a meme topic for us. 

  • Our tech stack is not strictly given. We are using a wide range of technologies and their specific choice always depends on what’s the best for a given project.

Who are we exactly?

  • We are a Brno-based company focusing on custom software solutions, Google services (GCP, Workspace) and consulting and training in fields of cloud services, software development and agile management.

  • We are a young collective of about twenty people (our “oldest” member is 29). We’re all different but respecting each other, which makes us a really good team. 

  • We love our work and what we aim for is shared satisfaction - on both customers’ and our sides. 

  • Besides our job we love to do sports together (bike, football, swimming, squash, climbing, …), enjoy saunas, play board games, attend gigs or simply have a beer (or two).

  • We are all one big team that pulls together. Also this is the reason we still enjoy being a part of this company so much.
